12 months from the production date. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. The product will keep intact for up to 3 months after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met.

Method of use

Ingredients for a 22cm cake tin:
• 200 g Minced Sciara almonds
• 4 whole eggs
• the grated zest of 1 organic lemon
• 150 g sugar
• 150 g butter
• 30 ml limoncello (optional)
• 80 g potato starch
• 8 g baking powder
• 100 g of chopped white chocolate (alternatively chips)
• icing sugar to taste for decoration
Take two large bowls and break the eggs, separating the yolks and whites.
Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Take the egg yolks and add the grated peel of a lemon. Add the sugar and blend with the electric mixer. Add the melted butter, limoncello and starch little by little.
Blend until smooth, finally add the yeast and chopped white chocolate (or drops.
Add the whipped egg whites, mixing gently with a spatula to keep the mixture frothy.
Finally add the chopped almonds little at a time. Mix gently until it is all incorporated.
Take a springform cake pan with the bottom lined with baking paper. Pour the mixture and level with a spatula.
Bake at 180°C in a static oven for about 40 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and place it on a plate.
Decorate with icing sugar.
