Refund policy
Returns due to change of mind:
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it to Sciara within 14 days of receiving it.
To return the product, you must contact Customer Care [email: info@sciarapistacchio.com] and provide your change of mind and order number.
Before returning the product, you will receive a Return Authorization confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.
Once you receive our Return Authorization confirmation, you can return the products.
You can then choose the return method and courier and send the product(s) to Sciara srl, Viale Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto 11, 95034 Bronte (CT).
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we confirm the returned product is in perfect condition (the returned product must still be unopened and sealed in its original packaging), we will refund the value of the purchased product, net of shipping costs and any handling fees.
If the product is found to be damaged, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Product Damage:
If the product you purchased is damaged, you may return it to Sciara within 14 days of receiving it.
If, upon delivery, you notice any damage to the package, please sign the shipping receipt "subject to inspection" for the courier.
Subsequently, if you discover any damage, you can contact us at info@sciarapistacchio.com with a description of the problem and photographic evidence of the problem, so we can initiate a refund for the product(s).
Upon receipt of the aforementioned material, we will process the refund, partial or full, as applicable, for the product(s).
Refunds:
- How much will I be refunded? 30% of the product value in the event of partial damage; 100% in the event of a completely damaged and/or unusable product, net of shipping costs and any handling fees. Sciara will cover the refund administration costs.
- How will my money be refunded? The refund will be made directly to the credit card used for the order. If the order was paid by bank transfer, you will need to provide your bank account details for the refund. The store operates in the European Union and all transactions, including foreign currency, are converted to euros after payment has been made. For payments in currencies other than euros, Sciara will still refund the amount in euros. Please note: the currency amount is calculated based on the exchange rate on the day the refund is issued. You are therefore responsible for any exchange rate risks.
- When will the refund be processed? In the event of a return due to a change of heart, the refund will be processed within 4-5 business days from the time the returned product reaches the Sciara warehouse. In the event of a refund due to damage, this will be processed within 4-5 business days from the time the issue is reported via email to info@sciarapistacchio.com.
Please note: If payment is made by credit card or other electronic payment methods, refunds may take several weeks to appear on the buyer's bank statement.
Refunds via bank transfer will appear with the description "Refund Sciarashop order no. ............ of ............".
