Shipping and payment: methods and costs


Shipping in Italy

- Our rate for a single shipment is €5.90 .
This rate is valid throughout the Italian territory.
For orders equal to or greater than € 39.00 the shipping costs are totally free .
The threshold of €39 must be reached net of any discounts applied.
Delivery times: dispatch from our warehouse takes place in 1/2 working days from the date of receipt of the order (or of receipt of payment in the case of bank transfer).
The shipment throughout Italy, then, takes place within 4/5 working days.

Our shipping service does not automatically provide for delivery upon telephone contact, by time or by appointment, by the courier.
All delivery updates will be sent via email to the address provided during the order.

Shipping abroad
Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of payment and change based on the country of destination and the weight of the products ordered.
For shipments outside the EU, any costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the person making the purchase.
Following Brexit, Great Britain is now a non-EU country, so all shipments are considered as exports.
As a result, shipping costs have increased and customs duties may apply, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping bulk orders
Orders containing numerous and/or bulky items can be divided into multiple packages for shipment.
A tracking number will then be sent to the customer with information on all the packages in the shipment.
The aforementioned parcels could arrive at their destination at different times, even 24/48 hours apart from each other.

- The shipment is made within max 2 working days from the receipt of the order.
Therefore, it is not possible to foresee deferred shipments with respect to the purchase date and therefore to the normal order fulfillment procedure.
- All shipments require 1 working day more than deliveries to the mainland, as these are shipments departing from an island.
- Shipping times ARE ONLY INDICATIVE.
- Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Pickup in store
It is also possible to pick up your purchases at our shop in Bronte.
If you are near our office and you do not wish to receive your order by courier, your products purchased on can be collected free of charge at our shop.
You will receive confirmation of your order via email and you will have 10 days from receiving the email to pick it up in comfort at our shop in Bronte.
Your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours of your purchase.
You can collect your order during the following times:
Monday-Saturday 09:30/13:30 - 16:00/20:00.
If you place your order with the option to collect in our store, remember to bring the confirmation email with you when you come to collect your purchase.

If, upon delivery, you should notice damage to the package, please sign the delivery receipt with the courier ' subject to control' , otherwise we will not be able to proceed with any refund for the damaged products.
Subsequently, if you verify the actual presence of damage, you can contact us at to open the return or replacement procedure for the product(s).
