SHIPPING

Shipping in Italy
- Our single shipping rate is €6.90.
This rate is valid throughout Italy.
For orders equal to or greater than €49.00, shipping costs are totally free.
The €49 threshold must be reached net of any discounts applied.
Delivery times: Fulfillment from our warehouse takes 1-2 business days from the date of order receipt (or payment received in case of bank transfer).
Shipping throughout Italy then takes 4-5 business days.
Our shipping service does not automatically include delivery after telephone contact, at a specific time, or by appointment from the courier.
All delivery updates will be sent via email to the address provided during the order process.

International Shipping
For orders with destinations in European Union countries, estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days from the shipping date. Times may vary depending on the destination country and the selected courier.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order weight and destination.
N.B.
For Extra-EU shipments, any customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Following Brexit, Great Britain is now considered an extra-EU country, so all shipments are treated as exports. Consequently, shipping costs have increased, and customs duties may be applied, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping of bulky orders
Orders containing numerous and/or bulky items may be divided into multiple packages for shipping.
The customer will then receive a tracking number with information on all packages included in the shipment.
These packages may arrive at their destination at different times, even 24/48 hours apart.

N.B.
- Shipping is carried out within a maximum of 2 working days from receipt of the order.
It is therefore not possible to arrange for shipments to be postponed compared to the purchase date and therefore the normal order fulfillment procedure.
- All shipments require 1 additional working day compared to mainland deliveries, as they are shipments departing from an island.
- Shipping times ARE ONLY INDICATIVE and may vary. For example, during promotional activities or around Easter and Christmas, shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of orders generated.
- Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

VISIBLE DAMAGE
If, upon delivery, you notice any damage to the package, please sign the courier's delivery receipt 'subject to inspection', otherwise we will not be able to proceed with any refund for damaged products.
Subsequently, if you verify the actual presence of damage, you can contact us at info@sciarapistacchio.com to open a return or replacement case for the product(s).
