- How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping has a fixed rate of €6.90 throughout Italy and is automatically free for all orders starting from €49.
Please note that the minimum threshold of €49 must be reached net of any discounts applied.
That is, if applying a discount code causes the order total to fall below €49, shipping will no longer be free.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe and also to some non-EU countries.
You will find all available shipping options and their respective rates at checkout.
The shipping cost depends on the destination and the weight of the products ordered.

- Do you also ship to England?
Following Brexit, Great Britain is now considered a non-EU country, so all shipments are treated as exports.
Consequently, shipping costs have increased, and customs duties may be applied, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

- How long will it take to receive my order?
Our warehouse processes orders within 1-2 business days from the date of receipt.
Shipping throughout Italy then takes 4-5 business days.
Any accumulated delays may be due to an overload of shipments during particular times of the year, such as the Christmas or Easter periods.
You will, however, receive all delivery updates via email.

- Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No, in our shop it is only possible to use one discount code at a time, so you can decide what is most convenient for you.
In addition, discount codes cannot be combined with any loyalty points balance.

- Will the receipt be included in the package?
No, the package will contain a simple summary document of the items, so the recipient will not see any prices.
The receipt will be sent via email to the address provided during the purchase process.

- I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email, why?
First, check that you have entered the correct email address without any typos.
If your email address is correct and you still haven't received an order confirmation email, it is very likely that your purchase was not completed. No charge has therefore been made to you, but there was some kind of problem during the purchase process, which is why it was unsuccessful.

- Can I modify my order?
We cannot modify an order once it has been confirmed and imported into our system.
The only solution would be to cancel the order in question so that the customer can then place a new one with the desired products.
