Without raisins or candied fruit, Sciara's gluten-free Pistachio Panettone has a delicious covering of white chocolate.
Sciara's gluten-free Pistachio Panettone is a 500 gram artisan creation, to be filled as desired thanks to the 90 gram jar of Pistachio Cream included in the package . Furthermore, you can decorate your slice of gluten-free Panettone as you prefer thanks to the chopped pistachio that you will also find included in the Panettone box.

The product can be kept intact for up to 1 month after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are respected. Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute an alteration of the product, but a natural separation process.

Minced Pistachio: 12 months from the date of production.
Store in a cool, dry place and away from light.

Method of use

Once you have cut the gluten-free Pistachio Panettone, you can fill it as you like with the "La Classica" Pistachio Cream, also gluten-free, included in the package and decorate your slice of Panettone with chopped Pistachio.
The ideal is to place the gluten-free Pistachio Panettone on a stand with a foot, in order to make it more spectacular and easy to cut.
To make the Panettone truly irresistible, heat it for a few minutes before serving it.
Then cut the gluten-free Pistachio Panettone directly at the table to have a pleasant scenographic effect: use a long knife with a serrated blade, then moving the slices with a cake server.
We also recommend serving the dessert with Pistachio Cream on a plate, placing the slice, sprinkling it with the Cream and finally sprinkling it with chopped Pistachio.
