- 1 jar of 100 g of chopped hazelnuts

- The Fiordilatte Base is a ready-made base enclosed in a convenient and hygienic 1000 ml container. The mixture comes from a unique recipe made with selected ingredients: fresh Italian milk, cream, sugar.
- Hazelnut grains are the precious touch that will make your hazelnut ice cream irresistible.

Ingredients

100% Hazelnut cream: 100% toasted HAZELNUT.
Hazelnut Origin: Italy.

Fiordilatte base: whole MILK, CREAM, sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, sorbitol, skimmed MILK powder, sodium alginate, locust bean flour, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrester, carrageenan, natural flavouring.
Milk origin: Italy.

Hazelnut grains: 100% HAZELNUT.
Hazelnut Origin: Italy.

Deadline

100% Hazelnut Cream: 12 months from the production date. Keep in a cold and dry place. The product will keep intact for up to 3 months after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met. Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute an alteration of the product, but a natural process of separation.

Fiordilatte base: 10 months from the production date. Keep in a cold and dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and work within 4 days.

Hazelnut grains: 12 months from the date of production. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. The product will keep intact for up to 3 months after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met.

Method of use

How to make Hazelnut Gelato with an ice cream maker:
(doses for 1 kg of ice cream)
Shake the can of Base Fiordilatte vigorously.
Then open the package and pour the contents into a bowl.
Add the entire contents of the 100% Hazelnut Cream jar and mix the two ingredients well.
Pour into your ice cream maker and wait for the preparation time (between 10 and 30 minutes) depending on your appliance.
Then decorate your Hazelnut Gelato with the delicious Granella... and the Hazelnut Gelato is served!

How to make Hazelnut Gelato without an ice cream maker:
(doses for 1 kg of ice cream)
In a container, combine the entire contents of the Fiordilatte Base with that of the 100% Hazelnut Cream.
Mix carefully with a mixer and then transfer the mixture into a container.
Leave to rest in the freezer for 6/8 hours, stirring occasionally, until the desired consistency is obtained.
Finally, garnish the Hazelnut Gelato with the Granella.

How to make Hazelnut Ice Cream with the Thermomix:
(doses for 1 kg of ice cream)
Put the Fiordilatte Base and the 100% Hazelnut Cream in the mixing bowl and mix for 5 min. at speed 4.
Then pour the mixture into a container (preferably foil) and put it in the freezer to freeze for at least 3 hours.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer, cut it into large pieces, place them in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 seconds. at speed 7 and 10 sec. at speed 4, spatula.
Serve in bowls decorating with chopped hazelnuts.
