With this Colomba, without raisins or candied fruit , you can savour the irresistible flavour of pistachio together with the uniqueness of "Cioccolato di Modica IGP", a very intense chocolate obtained with a particular cold process.
Our Pistachio and Chocolate Colomba can also be filled as desired with the Pistachio and Modica Chocolate Cream included in the package , using the practical Spreader , also included.

• Colomba: WHEAT flour, sugar, egg yolk, cocoa icing [sugar, vegetable fats (coconut, palm kernel, palm, shea) in variable proportions, low-fat cocoa powder 15%, emulsifier: SOlA lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring], BUTTER (MILK), non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm, water), natural YEAST (WHEAT), emulsifiers: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids; skimmed MILK powder, honey, flavourings, salt. Decoration: dark chocolate cubes (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOlA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) and PISTACHIO grains.
