Baked Pasta with Pistachio Pesto and Porcini Mushrooms
Let's see together how to prepare it:

Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 jar of Pistachio Pesto and Sciara Porcini Mushrooms
- 350 g Pennette with Pistachios or Sciara
- 100 g of diced mortadella
- 200 g Mozzarella diced
- 200 g Bechamel
- Parmesan to taste
- Evo oil, salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
Cook the Pennette in salted water, drain and pour into a baking dish.
Add a few spoonfuls of Pesto and mix.
Then add the olive oil, mortadella and mozzarella. Mix everything well.
Add the béchamel and sprinkle everything with the Parmesan.
Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes.
