Prepare a truly irresistible first course thanks to our Pennette al Pistachio, a handmade bronze drawn pasta enriched with the taste of Pistachio.

Ingredients (for 4 people):
- Pennette al Pistacchio 350 g
- 1 jar of Pistachio Pesto 90
g - onion 1⁄2
- cooked ham or bacon 50 g
- cooking cream 200 ml
- milk
to taste.
- butter 1 walnut
- brandy to taste
- chopped Pistachio to garnish
Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the chopped onion.
Add the diced ham and the Pistachio Pesto.
Mix together, flame with the brandy and add the cream diluted with milk. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and drain it al dente.
Saute the Pennette al Pistachio in a saucepan with the sauce, pepper and serve sprinkled with chopped Pistachio.
Variation: add a teaspoon of curry to the sauce to give the dish an exotic touch.

How to use

Ingredienti (per 4 persone):
- Pennette al Pistacchio 350 g
- 1 barattolo di Pesto di Pistacchio da 90g
- cipolla 1⁄2
- prosciutto cotto o pancetta 50 g
- panna da cucina 200 ml
- latte q.b.
- burro 1 noce
- brandy q.b
- Tritato di Pistacchio per guarnire.
Sciogliete il burro in una casseruola e fatevi rosolare la cipolla tritata.
Unite il prosciutto a dadini e il Pesto di Pistacchio.
Amalgamate, fiammeggiate con il brandy e aggiungete la panna diluita con il latte. Cuocete la pasta in abbondante acqua bollente salata e scolatela al dente.
Saltate le Caserecce al Pistacchio in una casseruola con la salsa, pepate e servite cospargendo con tritato di Pistacchio.
Variante: aggiungete un cucchiaino di curry alla salsa per donare una nota esotica al piatto.
