Shipping in Italy
- Our STANDARD rate per single shipment is € 4,90.
This tariff is valid throughout Italy.
For orders of € 39,00 or more the shipping costs are totally free.
Delivery time: 3/4 working days.
- EXPRESS rates, instead, are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of the order placed.
By choosing this shipping method, there is no cost threshold to have free shipping.
Delivery time: 1/2 working days.
Our products are also available for shipping to Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of payment and change depending on the country of destination and the weight of the products ordered.
Any costs and customs duties are to be paid by those who make the purchase.
Withdrawal at the headquarters
You can also pick up your purchases at our headquarters.
If you are in the vicinity of our headquarters and do not wish to receive your order by courier, your products purchased on sciarashop.com can be collected free of charge at our headquarters.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and you will have 10 days from the receipt of the email to pick it up at our premises.
Your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours of purchase.
You can pick up your order during our opening hours:
08:30/13:30 - 15:30/18:00 from Monday to Friday.
If you place your order with the pick up option at our premises, bring your confirmation email with you when you pick up your order.

If you wish to place your order by paying the total cash on delivery (cash payment to the courier, available only for Italy) please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will arrange the shipment together.
The cash on delivery payment foresees an additional cost of €5,00.
How to use discount
codes If you have a discount code, you must enter it in the box at the top right of the order summary page and then click on "Apply".
It is possible to use only one discount code at a time.
Here is how to use the discount code:
damage Should you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please sign the courier receipt "subject to control", otherwise we will not be able to proceed with any refund of the damaged products.
Afterwards, if you notice any damage, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to open the return or replacement procedure for the product(s).
