SHIPPING

Shipping to Italy

- Our single shipment rate is €6.90 .
This rate is valid throughout Italy.
For orders of €49.00 or more, shipping costs are completely free .
The €49 threshold must be reached net of any discounts applied.
Delivery times: orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1/2 working days from the date of receipt of the order (or receipt of payment in the case of bank transfer).
Shipping throughout Italy then takes place within 4/5 working days.

Our shipping service does not automatically include delivery upon telephone contact, at a specific time or by appointment, by the courier.
All delivery updates will be sent via email to the address provided when ordering.

Shipping abroad
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination country and the weight of the products ordered.
NB
For shipments outside the EU, any costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the person making the purchase.
Following Brexit, Great Britain is now a non-EU country, so all shipments are considered exports.
As a result, shipping costs have increased and customs duties may be applied, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping bulk orders
Orders containing numerous and/or bulky items may be divided into multiple packages for shipping.
The customer will then be sent a tracking number containing information on all packages in the shipment.
The above packages may arrive at their destination at different times, even 24/48 hours apart.

NB
- Shipping is carried out within a maximum of 2 working days from receipt of the order.
It is therefore not possible to foresee shipments postponed with respect to the purchase date and therefore to the normal order processing procedure.
- All shipments require 1 more working day than deliveries to the mainland, as they are shipments departing from an island.
- Shipping times ARE ONLY INDICATIVE and may vary. For example, during promotional days or around Easter and Christmas, shipments may be subject to delays due to the high volume of orders generated.
- Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.


VISIBLE DAMAGE
If, upon delivery, you notice any damage to the package, please sign the shipping receipt for the courier ' with reservation of inspection' , otherwise we will not be able to proceed with any refund for the damaged products.
Subsequently, in case you verify the actual presence of damage, you can contact us at info@sciarapistacchio.com to open the return or replacement procedure for the product(s).
