- How much is shipping?
Standard shipping has a flat rate of € 4.90 throughout Italy and is automatically free for all orders starting from € 39.
We remind you that the minimum threshold of € 39 must be reached net of any discounts applied.
If, that is, by applying a discount code, the total order falls below € 39, the shipping can no longer be free.
- Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship all over Europe and also in some non-EU countries.
You will find all available shipping options and related rates at checkout.
The cost of shipping depends on the destination and the weight of the products ordered.
- Do you also ship to England?
Following Brexit, Great Britain is now among the non-EU countries, so all shipments are considered as exports.
As a result the shipping costs have increased and it is possible that they will come applied customs duties, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
The evasion by our warehouse takes place in 1/2 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
The shipment throughout Italy, then, takes place within 4/5 working days.
Any accumulated delays may be due to the overcrowding of shipments at particular times of the year, such as the Christmas or Easter period.
In any case, you will receive by email all the updates regarding the delivery.
Any reports or requests for logistical information must be sent by email to email@example.com.
- Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No, in our shop it is possible to use only one discount code at a time, so you can decide what is most convenient for you.
Furthermore, the discount codes cannot be combined with any points balance.
- Will there be a receipt inside the package?
No, inside the package there will be a simple item summary document, so the recipient will not see any price.
The receipt will be sent by email to the address entered during the purchase.
- I placed the order but I have not received the confirmation email, why?
First check that you have entered the correct email address and without typing errors.
If your email address is correct and you have not received the order confirmation email anyway, it is very likely that your purchase has not been completed. No charge has therefore been made to you, but there was a problem of some kind during the purchase process, so it was not successful.

- Can I change my order?
It is not possible for us to change the order once it has been confirmed and then imported from our system.
The only solution would be to proceed with canceling the order in question so that the customer can then make a new one with the desired products.
