Returns and refunds
Return for damage:
If the product you purchased is damaged, you can return it to Sciara within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Should you notice any damage to the package at the time of delivery, please sign the courier receipt "subject to control".
Afterwards, in case you verify the actual presence of damage, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the description of the problem occurred and the photographic evidence of the same, so that we can open the file for return or replacement of the product(s).
Before proceeding with the return or replacement of the product, you will receive confirmation of Return Authorization and the procedure.
Once we receive the Return Authorization confirmation, we will proceed with the shipment of the replacement product(s) or refund of the corresponding total amount. We will bear the cost of shipping the replacement product(s).
Return for reconsideration:
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it to Sciara within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In order to return the product you must contact Customer Care [email: email@example.com] communicating your reconsideration and order number.
Before proceeding with the return of the product you will be sent a confirmation of Return Authorization and how to proceed.
Once you have received our Return Authorization confirmation, you will be able to proceed with the return of the products.
You can then choose the method and courier to proceed with the return and send the product(s) to Viale Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto 11, 95034 Bronte (CT).
The costs for this return shipment will be at your expense.
Following confirmation by us of the conformity of the returned product (the returned product must still be closed and sealed in its original packaging), the value of the purchased product will be returned net of shipping costs and any handling charges.
Should the product be found not to be intact, you will not be entitled to a refund.
The new product will be shipped as soon as Sciara receives the original one and will verify its conformity.
- How much will I be refunded? The value of the returned product, net of shipping costs and any handling costs. The administrative costs of refund are at the expense of Sciara.
- How will I get my money back? The refund is made directly to the credit card used for the order. If the order was made by bank transfer payment method, it will be necessary to provide bank account details for the refund. The shop operates from the European Union and all transactions, also in currency, are converted into Euro after payment has been made. For payments in currencies other than Euro, Sciara will refund the amount in Euro. Please note: the amount in currency must be calculated on the exchange ratio on the day the refund is made. Any exchange rate risks are therefore at your expense.
- When will the refund be made? The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives in Sciara's warehouse. Please note: if the payment is made by credit card, refunds to be visible on your statement may take a few weeks.
