Thanks to our practical Kit you can make an irresistible Hazelnut Gelato in a few simple steps, with the ice cream maker, with the Bimby, but even if you don't have any specific equipment!

Inside the pack Hazelnut Ice Cream Kit you will find:
- 1 jar of 90 g of 100% Hazelnut Cream (Pure Hazelnut Paste)
- 1 pack of 1 lt of Fiordilatte
Base - 1 jar of 100 g of Hazelnut Granules
- Instructions for use.
Our Kit is useful to make 1 kg of Hazelnut Ice Cream.

How to make Hazelnut Ice Cream with the ice cream maker:
(doses per 1 kg of ice cream)
Shake the Fiordilatte Base pack vigorously.
Then open the package and pour the contents into a bowl.
Add the entire contents of the 100 % Hazelnut Cream jar and mix the two ingredients well.
Pour it into your ice cream maker and wait for the preparation time (10 to 30 minutes) depending on your appliance.
Then decorate your Hazelnut Ice Cream with the delicious Granella... and the Hazelnut Ice Cream is served!

How to make Hazelnut Ice Cream without ice-cream maker:
(doses per 1 kg of ice cream)
In a container combine the entire contents of the Fiordilatte Base with that of 100% Hazelnut Cream.
Mix carefully with a mixer and then transfer the mixture into a container.
Let it rest in the freezer for 6/8 hours, stirring occasionally until the desired consistency is obtained.
Finally, garnish the Hazelnut Ice Cream with the Granola.

How to make Hazelnut Gelato with Bimby:
(doses per 1 kg of gelato)
Insert the Fiordilatte Base and 100% Hazelnut Cream in the jug and mix 5 min. in vel. 4.
Then pour the mixture into a container (preferably tinfoil) and put it in the freezer to freeze for at least 3 hours.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer, cut it into large pieces, put them in the jug and stir for 20 sec. on vel. 7 and 10 sec. on vel. 4, spatula.
Serve in cups, decorating with Hazelnut Grain.

Expiry date 100% Hazelnut Cream: 12 months from the date of production.
Store in a cool and dry place.
The product will keep intact for up to 3 months after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met.
Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute alteration of the product, but a natural separation process.

Expiry date Fiordilatte Base: 10 months from the date of production.
Store in a cool and dry place.
After opening, store in the fridge and work within 4 days.

Expiry date Hazelnut Granola: 12 months from the date of production.
Store in a cool and dry place and away from light.
The product can be kept intact for up to 3 months after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met.

Base Fiordilatte: LATTE intero, PANNA, zucchero, destrosio, maltodestrine, sorbitolo, LATTE scremato in polvere, alginato di sodio, farina di carrube, mono e digliceridi degli acidi grassi, sucrestere, carragenina, aroma naturale.

Granella di Nocciola: 100% NOCCIOLA.

Shelf-life

Crema 100% Nocciola: 12 mesi dalla data di produzione. Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto. Il prodotto si conserva integro fino a 3 mesi dopo l'apertura, a condizione che siano rispettati i requisiti di conservazione di cui sopra. Eventuale presenza di olio in superficie non costituisce alterazione del prodotto, ma processo naturale di separazione.

Base Fiordilatte: 10 mesi dalla data di produzione. Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto. Dopo l'apertura conservare in frigo e lavorare entro 4 giorni.

Granella di Nocciola: 12 mesi dalla data di produzione. Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto e al riparo dalla luce. Il prodotto si conserva integro fino a 3 mesi dopo l'apertura, a condizione che siano rispettati i requisiti di conservazione di cui sopra.

How to use

Come realizzare il Gelato alla Nocciola con la gelatiera:
(dosi per 1 kg di gelato)
Agitate energicamente la confezione di Base Fiordilatte.
Aprite, quindi, la confezione e versate il contenuto in una ciotola.
Aggiungete l'intero contenuto del vasetto di Crema 100 % Nocciola e miscelate per bene i due ingredienti.
Versate nella vostra gelatiera e attendete il tempo di preparazione (dai 10 ai 30 minuti) in funzione del vostro apparecchio.
Decorate, quindi, il vostro Gelato alla Nocciola con la golosa Granella... e il Gelato alla Nocciola è servito!

Come realizzare il Gelato alla Nocciola senza gelatiera:
(dosi per 1 kg di gelato)
In un recipiente unite per intero il contenuto della Base Fiordilatte con quello della Crema 100% Nocciola.
Mescolate con cura con un mixer e trasferite poi il composto in un contenitore.
Fate riposare in freezer per 6/8 ore, mescolando di tanto in tanto, fino ad ottenere la consistenza desiderata.
Guarnite, infine, il Gelato alla Nocciola con la Granella.

Come realizzare il Gelato alla Nocciola con il Bimby:
(dosi per 1 kg di gelato)
Inserite la Base Fiordilatte e la Crema 100% Nocciola nel boccale e miscelate 5 min. a vel. 4.
Versate, quindi, il composto in un recipiente (preferibilmente di stagnola) e mettetelo in freezer a congelare per almeno 3 ore.
Togliete il gelato dal freezer, tagliatelo in grossi pezzi, inseriteli nel boccale e mantecate per 20 sec. a vel. 7 e 10 sec. a vel. 4, spatolando.
Servite in coppe decorando con la Granella di Nocciola.
