Our 100% Hazelnut Cream without sugar is a spreadable and homemade cream, the ingredient that gives an extra touch to your recipes and your table.
This delicious 100% Hazelnut Sugar Free Hazelnut Cream is made from precious hazelnuts, to be spread on bread, rusks or to accompany your sweetest creations, such as cakes, biscuits and crepes.

The 100% Hazelnut Sugar Free Cream is also the ideal base for making ice cream and homemade desserts.
Also known as Hazelnut Paste, this product is ideal for making classic Hazelnut Ice Cream, but is also great for enriching creams, cakes and cookies.

Ingredients (for 3-4 people):
2 jars of 190 g of 100% Hazelnut Cream without sugar
150 gr. flour 00
1 organic egg
Hazelnut grains q.b.
sugar or sweetener to taste
Take a large bowl (or salad bowl) and pour the contents of 1 jar of 100% Hazelnut Cream without sugar and the egg.
Using a hand whisk, mix the 2 ingredients until they have completely blended together.
Then add the 00 flour a little at a time to prevent lumps from forming.
Work the mixture with your hands and form a cake, wrap it in film and put it to rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
After this time, take the dough and divide it into balls the size of a walnut.
Place the biscuits well spaced apart on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
In the centre you make a small dimple, where you then go to put the hazelnut cream.
You can use the handle of a wooden spoon or a finger, depending on the size you want to obtain.
Bake the cookies in a static oven preheated to 170°C for about 10 minutes, they don't need to bake much!
When the cookies are cooked, bake them and let them cool.
Finally, fill them with the 100% Sugar Free Hazelnut Cream and some toasted hazelnut chips.

Expiry date: 24 months from the date of production.
Store in a cool, dry place.
The product will keep intact for up to 3 months after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met.
Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute alteration of the product, but a natural separation process.

How to use

Assicurarsi che il prodotto sia omogeneo prima di ogni utilizzo.
Se il prodotto presenta una separazione tra la fase solida e l’olio, ciò è indice di assenza di additivi.
Per omogeneizzare il prodotto basta utilizzare uno spalmino o un utensile smussato e amalgamare con movimenti circolari portando il prodotto dal fondo in superficie, iniziando sempre con movimenti verticali, dall’alto al basso, quindi utilizzare movimenti circolari fino a quando la crema non sia ben amalgamata.
