Panettone (net weight 750 g): WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, chocolate chips 11% (cocoa mass, sugar, dextrose, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), EGG yolk, natural YEAST, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, honey, skimmed MILK powder, salt, natural flavourings.
Coating: chocolate icing (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla flavouring), 2% chocolate cubes (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla flavouring), grains of PISTACHIO 2%.
Pistachio Origin: EU/non-EU according to seasonal availability (the product will have the current information on the label).
Chocolate Origin: EU.

Panettone: 2 months from the production date. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Cream: 18 months from the production date. Keep in a cold and dry place. The product will keep intact for up to 1 month after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met. Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute an alteration of the product, but a natural process of separation.

Method of use

The ideal is to place the Modica Pistachio and Chocolate Panettone on a footed cake stand, rather than on a flat plate. In this way, in fact, you will make the Pistachio and Chocolate Panettone more spectacular and easier to cut.
We also recommend serving the Pistachio and Chocolate Panettone with Pistachio Cream on a plate, laying the slice of Pistachio and Chocolate Panettone down and sprinkling it with Cream thanks to our Spalmino.

Non tutto il Pistacchio che lavoriamo, infatti, è di Bronte, perché è proprio impossibile che lo sia!

Il Pistacchio di Bronte, appunto, si raccoglie solo ogni 2 anni e, nonostante una produzione di circa 34.000 quintali, non può soddisfare la richiesta globale di prodotto, oltre ad avere una notevolissima oscillazione di prezzo tra l'anno di raccolta (tipicamente negli anni dispari) e quello di ferma.
