This white wine is made by the Murgo winery at Tenuta San Michele at 500 m above sea level, on the eastern slopes of Etna, in a privileged panoramic position.
The company that produces this white wine, located along one of the main access roads to the craters, has a vineyard that covers approximately 30 hectares.
After 20 years from the first production of white Murgo Etna, the company has created a new white wine obtained with innovative criteria.
The careful selection of grapes from the best batches of the San Michele vineyard brings a better balance in its components, enhancing its minerality, breadth and persistence.
The partial aging of this white wine in blond toasted oak preserves its aromatic characteristics, giving it greater complexity and balance.
