Water, sugar, alcohol, PISTACHIO paste 4% (shelled and toasted PISTACHIOS), skimmed MILK powder, flavourings, colourings: curcumin, cupric complexes of chlorophylls.

How to use

SOFT TART WITH PISTACHIO LIQUOR CUSTARD AND STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients for the base:
2 eggs
90 g of sugar
100 g of melted butter
1/2 vanilla pod
200 g of 00 flour
8 g of baking powder for desserts
Ingredients for the Pistachio Liqueur Custard:
400ml fresh cream
550ml fresh milk
50 ml Pistachio Liqueur Cream
1 vanilla pod
4 eggs
80 g flour
300g sugar
1 pinch of salt
Ingredients for decoration:
4-5 strawberries
100 g strawberry jam
chocolate grain
cocoa powder
matcha tea powder
Method:
For the base of the tart with Pistachio Liqueur Cream, in a bowl, with the help of an electric whisk, whisk the eggs well with the sugar.
When you have obtained a frothy mixture, slowly add the melted butter and the vanilla seeds and continue to work until they are well blended.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder, continuing to mix.
Transfer the compound into a crafty non-stick mold, 28 cm in diameter, buttered and floured.
Level with a spatula and cook in a preheated oven at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
Invert the pasta base onto the serving plate.
For the Pistachio Liqueur Custard, put the milk, cream, Pistachio Liqueur and the open vanilla pod in a saucepan and bring almost to the boil.
Meanwhile, in another saucepan, beat the eggs well with the sugar and salt.
Add the sifted flour and mix a little more, then add the milk by pouring it through a fine mesh strainer.
Put it back on the fire, over a very low flame, mixing with a hand whisk. Switch off when the mixture with the Pistachio Liqueur has thickened well.
When both the base and the creamy mixture containing the Pistachio Liqueur have cooled down, proceed with the decoration.
Spread the hollow of the cake with strawberry jam.
Put the Pistachio Liqueur custard in a sac-a-few and decorate the inside with lots of concentric tufts.
Cut the strawberries into slices and cubes and decorate.
Complete with a sprinkling of cocoa and matcha tea and with chopped chocolate.
