Our dove with Pistachio and Chocolate has a soft and fragrant dough, the result of a natural leavening and one purely craftsmanship.
As a gift in the package you will also find the 60% Pistachio Cream with which to fill the Colomba as desired.
The Sciara artisan dove contains ddelicious Pistachio and Chocolate nuggets inside and a covering of dark chocolate with grains of Pistachio and Modica Chocolate.

Our Egg with Pistachio with Grains is made with first choice ingredients: very fine White chocolate, Pure pistachio and delicious Chopped Pistachio.
The Sciara Pistachio Egg is born from the greedy encounter of white chocolate and pure pistachio paste, all covered with crunchy and delicious grains.
Inside the package you will find the 500 gram Pistachio Egg together with a small e greedy surprise signed Sciara.

How to use

To serve the Colomba with Pistachio and Modica Chocolate, the ideal is to place it on a footed cake stand, so as to make it more spectacular and easier to cut.
To make the Colomba with Pistachio and Modica Chocolate truly irresistible, heat it slightly before serving, you will be conquered by the texture and fragrance that will be released!
Cut the Colomba with Pistachio and Modica Chocolate using a long knife with a serrated blade, then move the slices with a cake shovel.
We also recommend serving the Colomba with Pistachio and Modica Chocolate on a plate, laying the slice down and sprinkling it with the Pistachio Cream.
