Ingredients

Colomba ingredients: Type 00 soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER, fresh EGGS yolk, sugar, pistachio drops (11.2%), natural yeast, "Modica PGI Chocolate" drops (8%) [cocoa paste (55%) , sugar], honey, invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavourings.
Coating: dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla extract), PISTACHIO grains 5%, "Cioccolato di Modica PGI" grains (5%) [cocoa paste (55 %), sugar].
Cream ingredients: PISTACHIO (60%), White cream [sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, fats: palm, palm kernel), skimmed MILK powder (10%), powdered MILK whey, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin ), flavoring (vanillin)].

Shelf-life

Colomba expiry date: 2 months from the production date. Keep in a cold and dry place. Once opened, consume quickly.

Expiry date Cream: 18 months from the production date. Keep in a cold and dry place. The product will keep intact for up to 1 month after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met. Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute an alteration of the product, but a natural process of separation.

How to use
