Colomba (net weight 750 g): WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, EGG yolk, candied orange peel cubes 11.3% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), natural YEAST, honey, invert sugar syrup, salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidifier: acetic acid, natural vanilla flavouring, flavourings.
Coating: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa BUTTER, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), PISTACHIO grains 5%, candied orange peels 4% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, dextrose, juice of concentrated lemon).
Pistachio Origin: EU/non-EU according to seasonal availability (the product will have the current information on the label).
Orange origin: Sicily.
