Vegan Pistachio Cookies Recipe
For a healthy and full of taste breakfast or snack we propose the recipe to make vegan biscuits stuffed with our Pistachio Cream "Gold without milk.
Our "Gold" Pistachio Cream is composed of only three ingredients: 50% pistachio, sugar and extra virgin olive oil.
You can use the Gold Pistachio Cream on bread, or, as in this case, to stuff biscuits and cakes of all kinds.
Pistachio Gold Cream is a sweet spreadable cream with a very intense taste, made exclusively with products of vegetable origin.
Vegan, meaning without milk, eggs, butter or other ingredients of animal origin, our Pistachio Oro Cream is ideal for lactose intolerant individuals and those who have chosen a vegan lifestyle.
- 170 g flour00
- 100 g sugar
- 1/2 sachet baking powder
- 90 ml sunflower oil
Mix all the ingredients together and knead well.
Roll out the dough and shape the biscuits as you like.
Bake at 180° C in a static oven for 15 min.
Stuff with our "Gold" Pistachio Cream by combining two halves of the biscuit.
Garnish to taste with Granella di P istachio or whole peeled Pistachio.
