Here's the recipe for Mini Kougelhopf with Strawberries and Almonds πŸ˜Šβ¬‡οΈ
(Serves for 15 Kougelhopf)
β€’ 200 g of flour
β€’ 2 eggs
β€’ 3 tablespoons of Almond Cream
β€’ 3 strawberries + strawberries for decoration
β€’ 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
β€’ 1/2 sachet of instant yeast
β€’ 1 tablespoon of orange blossom flavouring
β€’ 1 tablespoon of Armagnac
β€’ a drop of milk
β€’ 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds
β€’ 60 g of butter

For coverage
β€’ 80 g of white chocolate
β€’ 20 g of butter
β€’ Pistachio and chopped almonds to decorate

In a bowl mix the sugar, the eggs, the orange blossom flavouring, the almond cream, the flour, the baking powder, a pinch of salt, the chopped strawberries, a drop of milk to mix, the chopped almonds, the 'Armagnac, diced butter.
Mix well until the mixture is well homogeneous.
Grease a suitable pan with oil or butter.
Distribute the mixture into each mold.
Bake at 180Β° in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove the sweets from the oven and let them cool before unmolding them.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
Unmold the sweets, pour the ganache over them and decorate with the pistachio and chopped almonds.
Decorate with a few slices of strawberry.
