Here's the recipe for Mini Kougelhopf with Strawberries and Almonds 😊⬇️
(Serves for 15 Kougelhopf)
• 200 g of flour
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons of Almond Cream
• 3 strawberries + strawberries for decoration
• 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
• 1/2 sachet of instant yeast
• 1 tablespoon of orange blossom flavouring
• 1 tablespoon of Armagnac
• a drop of milk
• 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds
• 60 g of butter
In a bowl mix the sugar, the eggs, the orange blossom flavouring, the almond cream, the flour, the baking powder, a pinch of salt, the chopped strawberries, a drop of milk to mix, the chopped almonds, the 'Armagnac, diced butter.
Mix well until the mixture is well homogeneous.
Grease a suitable pan with oil or butter.
Distribute the mixture into each mold.
Bake at 180° in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove the sweets from the oven and let them cool before unmolding them.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
Unmold the sweets, pour the ganache over them and decorate with the pistachio and chopped almonds.
Decorate with a few slices of strawberry.
