Our Hazelnut Ice Cream Base is a pure paste ideal for making cakes and homemade desserts, as well as a 100% Hazelnut Cream.

All the intense fragrance and flavour of the best Italian Hazelnuts are contained in our Hazelnut Ice Cream Base.
The Hazelnut Ice Cream Base is composed exclusively of finely chopped toasted Hazelnuts and reduced to a paste

It can also be used as a protein cream with a very intense taste, to be used on bread or rusks, but also to give taste to your dishes both sweet and salty.
Our Hazelnut Gelato Base is ideal for making classic Hazelnut Gelato, but it is also excellent for enriching creams, cakes and biscuits.

Shelf-life

24 months from the production date.
Keep in a cold and dry place.
The product will keep intact for up to 2 months after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met.
Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute an alteration of the product, but a natural process of separation.

How to use

Make sure that the product is homogeneous before each use.
If the product has a separation between the solid phase and the oil, this indicates the absence of additives.
To homogenize the product, just use a spatula or a blunt utensil and mix with circular movements bringing the product from the bottom to the surface, always starting with vertical movements, from top to bottom, then use circular movements until the cream is well blended .
