The Pistachio di Sciara Ice Cream Base is a pure paste ideal for making homemade ice cream and slush, as well as a 100% Pistachio Cream.

Our Pistachio Ice Cream Base, in fact, can also be used as a Pistachio Protein Cream with a very intense taste, to be spread on bread, rusks or to stuff sweets.
The Pistachio Gelato Base Sciara is a completely natural and artisan product, the result of a careful selection of raw materials.
The Pistachio Gelato Base, thanks to its neutral taste, is a product able to satisfy the different needs of use: from classic ice cream to slush and spoon desserts, from creams to savoury dishes.
No oil, no salt, no sugar.
All the unique, intense and unmistakable taste of Pistachio is contained in our Pistachio Gelato Base, a quality product, without preservatives or colouring agents.

Our advice for making authentic Pistachio Ice Cream with our 100% Pistachio Cream:
The recommended proportion is 80/100 grams of our Pistachio Ice Cream Base per 1 liter of white base.
For the white base we recommend:
- 600 ml of whole
milk - 250 ml of fresh liquid
cream - 150 g of sugar

Our advice to make the authentic Pistachio Granita with our 100% Pistachio Cream:
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of 100% Pistachio Cream
- 400 g of ice
To decorate: Pistachio Grain to taste.
Procedure:
Icing the sugar, add the other ingredients and blend everything.
Decorate to taste with the Granella di Pistachio.

Expiry date: 24 months from the date of production.
Store in a cool and dry place.
The product will keep intact for up to 3 months after opening, provided that the above conservation requirements are met.
Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute alteration of the product, but a natural separation process.

Also available in a 90 gram jar and 190 gram jar.

Shelf-life

Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto.
Il prodotto si conserva integro fino a 2 mesi dopo l'apertura, a condizione che siano rispettati i requisiti di conservazione di cui sopra.
Eventuale presenza di olio in superficie non costituisce alterazione del prodotto, ma processo naturale di separazione.

How to use

Assicurarsi che il prodotto sia omogeneo prima di ogni utilizzo.
Se il prodotto presenta una separazione tra la fase solida e l’olio, ciò è indice di assenza di additivi.
Per omogenizzare il prodotto basta utilizzare uno spalmino o un utensile smussato e amalgamare con movimenti circolari portando il prodotto dal fondo in superficie, iniziando sempre con movimenti verticali, dall’alto al basso, quindi utilizzare movimenti circolari fino a quando la crema non sia ben amalgamata.

Gelato al Pistacchio
La proporzione consigliata è di 80/100 grammi della nostra Crema 100% Pistacchio per 1 litro di base bianca.
Per la base bianca consigliamo:
- 600 ml di latte intero
- 250 ml di panna fresca liquida
- 150 g di zucchero

Granita al Pistacchio
- 100 g di zucchero
- 200 g di Crema 100% Pistacchio
- 400 g di ghiaccio
Per decorare: Granella di Pistacchio q.b.
Procedimento:
Rendere a velo lo zucchero, aggiungere la Crema 100% Pistacchio e il ghiaccio, quindi frullare il tutto.
Decorare a piacere con la Granella di Pistacchio.
