Just cook our Pennette in boiling salted water, drain it and add the contents of the jar of Pistachio Pesto.
We suggest to leave some of the cooking water of the pasta to better amalgamate the Pistachio Pesto.
Once you have seasoned the Pistachio Pasta with our Pesto, you will be left with the Granella di Pistacchio and enjoy it with whoever you want!

Simple and tasty ingredients make this artisan Pistachio Pesto unique: chopped pistachio, salt, oil and a pinch of pepper to make it more tasty.
Granella di Pistacchio Sciara is a simple and genuine product made with the best raw materials.
Besides being a precious and tasty culinary ornament, the Granella di Pistacchio Sciara maintains all the beneficial properties of pistachio.
The small recipe book contains some precious advice on how to use our pistachio products.

Recipe:
PENNETTE AL PISTACCHIO WITH PISTACCHIO SAUCE
Ingredients (for 6 people):
- Pennette al Pistacchio 500 g
- 1 jar of Pistachio Pesto 190
g - onion 1⁄2
- cooked ham or bacon 50 g
- cooking cream 200 ml
- milk
to taste.
- butter 1 walnut
- brandy to taste
- Pistachio grain for garnish.
Method:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the chopped onion.
Add the diced ham and the Pistachio Pesto.
Mix together, flame with the brandy and add the cream diluted with milk. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and drain it al dente.
Saute the Pennette al Pistachio in a saucepan with the sauce, pepper and serve sprinkled with chopped Pistachio.
Variation: add a teaspoon of curry to the sauce to give the dish an exotic touch.
