Ingredients

Panettone (net weight 750 g): Type 0 soft wheat flour, BUTTER, sugar, EGG yolk, candied orange peel cubes 11.3% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), yeast natural, honey, invert sugar syrup, salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidifier: acetic acid, natural vanilla flavouring, flavourings.
Coating: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa BUTTER, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), PISTACHIO grains 5%, candied orange peel 4% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, dextrose, juice of concentrated lemon).
Pistachio origin: EU/non-EU according to seasonal availability.
Orange Origin: Sicily.

Cream (net weight 190 g): PISTACHIO (60%), white cream [sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower) and fats (palm, palm kernel), skimmed MILK powder (10%), whey powder from MILK, emulsifier (lecithin sunflower seeds), aroma (vanillin)].
Pistachio origin: EU/non-EU according to seasonal availability.

Panettone: 2 months from the production date. Keep in a cold and dry place. Once opened, consume quickly.

Cream: 18 months from the production date. Keep in a cold and dry place. The product will keep intact for up to 1 month after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met. Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute an alteration of the product, but a natural process of separation.

Method of use

The ideal is to place the Pistachio and Orange Panettone on a footed cake stand, thus making the Pistachio and Orange Panettone more spectacular and easier to cut.
