How to make PISTACHIO ICE CREAM at home?
The recommended dose to make 1 kg of ice cream is 80/100 grams of our 100% Pistachio Cream (Pure Pistachio Paste) for 1 liter of white base.
For the white base we recommend:
600 ml of whole milk
250 ml of fresh liquid cream
150 g of sugar
Gusta 100% Pistachio Cream by spreading it on bread, rusks or on the yours sweets thanks to our handy Spalmino.
Ingredients: 100% Pistachio.
