Keep in a cold and dry place.
The dairy-free Hazelnut Cream will keep for up to 2 months after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met.
Any presence of oil on the surface constitutes a natural process of separation.
If the product has a separation between the solid phase and the oil, this indicates the absence of additives.
To homogenize the Hazelnut Cream without milk, just use a spatula or a blunt utensil and mix with circular movements bringing the product from the bottom to the surface, always starting with vertical movements, from top to bottom, then use circular movements until the Cream is not well blended.

Method of use

BISCOTTI OCCHIO DI BUE ALLE NOCCIOLE
Ingredienti:
• 2 tuorli
• 200 g farina 00
• 130 g burro freddo
• 50 g fecola di patate
• 100 g zucchero
• 1 bustina vanillina
• 5 g lievito per dolci
• Crema di Nocciola senza latte "Oro"
Procedimento:
In una ciotola mettete tutti gli ingredienti tranne la Crema. Mescolate bene fino a ottenere un impasto liscio.
Trasferitelo, quindi, su un piano infarinato e stendete con il mattarello.
Intagliate, quindi, i biscotti utilizzando le apposite formine.
Create i fori nei biscotti che faranno da "coperchio".
Cuocete i biscotti in forno preriscaldato a 170°C per circa 12 minuti, finché non risulteranno appena dorati.
Lasciate raffreddare e farcite le metà non forate dei biscotti con la Crema di Nocciola senza latte ricoprendo poi con le metà forate.
