Our Pistachio Ice Cream Base, in fact, can also be used as a Pistachio Protein Cream with a very intense taste, to be spread on bread, rusks or to stuff sweets.
The Pistachio Gelato Base Sciara is a completely natural and artisan product, the result of a careful selection of raw materials.
The Pistachio Gelato Base, thanks to its neutral taste, is a product able to satisfy the different needs of use: from classic ice cream to slush and spoon desserts, from creams to savoury dishes.

All the unique, intense and unmistakable taste of Pistachio is contained in our Pistachio Gelato Base, a quality product, without preservatives or colouring agents.
Our advice for making authentic Pistachio Ice Cream with our 100% Pistachio Cream:
The recommended proportion is 80/100 grams of our Pistachio Ice Cream Base per 1 liter of white base.
For the white base we recommend:
- 600 ml of whole
milk - 250 ml of fresh liquid
cream - 150 g of sugar
Our advice to make the authentic Pistachio Granita with our 100% Pistachio Cream:
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of 100% Pistachio Cream
- 400 g of ice
To decorate: Pistachio Grain to taste.
Icing the sugar, add the other ingredients and blend everything.
Decorate to taste with the Granella di Pistachio.
Ingredients: 100% Pistachio.

Store in a cool and dry place.
The product will keep intact for up to 3 months after opening, provided that the above conservation requirements are met.
Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute alteration of the product, but a natural separation process.
