Our 100% Almond Cream is a pure paste ideal for making homemade ice creams and slushes, as well as an excellent ingredient for both sweet and savory recipes.

Our 100% Almond Cream, made exclusively with peeled Sicilian almonds, is ideal for use in pastry and ice cream parlors, but can also be used as an Almond protein cream with a very intense taste.
To be used on bread or rusks, but also to give flavor to both sweet and savory dishes.
The 100% Sciara Almond Cream is an Almond Paste free from artificial additives, colorings and added oils, containing only peeled Almonds and natural bitter Almond flavouring, which makes its taste even more intense.
100% Almond cream, without oil, without salt or sugar.
A precious basis for many recipes, such as almond milk and the classic Granita, our 100% Almond Cream preserves all the unique flavor of Sicilian almonds intact.

Available in 90 grams jar and 190 grams jar.

Deadline

Expiry: 24 months from the production date.
Keep in a cold and dry place.
The product will keep intact for up to 2 months after opening, provided that the above storage requirements are met.
Any presence of oil on the surface does not constitute an alteration of the product, but a natural process of separation.

Method of use

Our advice for making authentic Almond Gelato with our 100% Almond Cream:
The recommended proportion is 80/100 grams of our 100% Almond Cream per 1 liter of white base.
For the white base we recommend:
- 600 ml of whole milk
- 250 ml of liquid fresh cream
- 150 g of sugar

Our advice for making the authentic Almond Granita with our 100% Almond Cream:
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of 100% Almond Cream
- 400 g of ice
To decorate: peeled almonds to taste
Method:
Make icing sugar, add the other ingredients and blend everything.
Decorate as desired with peeled almonds.
